FAQs
What types of training do you offer?
1
We provide life support education including BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPR/AED, First Aid, and specialty courses. Training is available for individuals, families and caregivers, and organizations seeking group instruction.
Do you offer training for individuals or only for organizations?
2
We offer both. Individuals can register for scheduled courses at our facility, while organizations can work with us to arrange on-site or group training tailored to their needs.
Who should take BLS instead of CPR/First Aid?
3
BLS can be taken by anyone, but it is most commonly required for healthcare professionals, students, and individuals in clinical or care-related roles. CPR/First Aid courses are often a better fit for caregivers, parents, babysitters, and those seeking general preparedness.
If you’re unsure which course is right for you, we’re happy to help you decide.
Do you schedule and manage your training courses?
4
Yes. For life support education, we schedule, facilitate, and manage all aspects of training, including instruction, materials, and certification requirements.
Do you offer certification testing at your location?
5
Yes. Two Hearts Life Support Education operates as a professional testing center for select certification and licensure exams. We provide a secure, in-person testing environment and proctor exams in accordance with testing provider protocols.
Can I register for an exam through your website?
6
No. Exam registration, scheduling, eligibility, and exam content are managed by the testing provider. Candidates must complete all registration directly through the provider’s official platform. We’re happy to answer general questions about our testing center and what to expect on exam day.
Do you offer on-site training for organizations?
7
Yes. We work with organizations of all sizes to deliver on-site life support training. Group training options can be customized based on scheduling, class size, and certification requirements.
How far in advance should I book training?
8
For individual courses, upcoming class dates are posted on our site. For organizational or on-site training, we recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure availability and coordination.
